Had no news to report. No bank activity, no new members, no bills, nothing

Acting Activity director, Bruce Howe

March 11th Moonshine Swap Meet, the club will not rent spaces. A few people said that they might attend

June 22, 23, 23 Binder Bash, Cordelane Idaho

July 13, 14, 15 Binder Bee, Powerland, Oregon

No web page report

No activities report

No Tec class report, unless someone wants to start getting his or her vehicle ready for Springfield Ohio. There are a few people interested in going and may caravan down to Salt Lake City to meet several who are caravanning from California with Doc Stewart leading.

We talked about OUR Roundup. It was decided that it would now be a Picnic only and a one day event. The date to be picked later due to availability at the park. Some where around the end of July. There will be no vehicle games, but we will have Show and Shine, with a minimal of awards given out by the judges, (acting officers). But there will be no categories. There are no sponsors or venders so there are no t-shirts or dash plaques. The steak dinner is canceled. Instead the club will provide hot dogs and hamburgers and the rest of dinner will be a potluck affair. There will still be kids games.

We are not allowed to collect any money at the roundup Picnic there fore all show-n-shine fees will be pre-paid. All raffle tickets will be pre-paid. And any donations will have to be collected before hand.

Sherry had called Lake Sammamish State Park in Issaquah. They have a Rotunda that fits about 100 people, with a bathroom, volleyball area, horseshoes pit, many picnic tables and several bar-b-que’s for cooking. There is swimming at the park and boat launches. The Rotunda only costs $115. The park also has about 9 different trails all threw the park for everyone’s enjoyment, plus baseball fields and soccer fields (if not already booked). It was decided that we would have the Roundup Picnic at Lake Sammamish State Park, and Sherry will call and ask for openings to reserve a date.

Jennifer and Clint will start working on the flyer. No Roundup committee and no date for another Roundup meeting.

The meeting was adjourned.
